About me

Oleg Ignatev

Dancer, teacher, choreographer. Ballet gave me everything: strength, posture, discipline, and a quiet ease in the way I move. For years I lived it on stage, and today I live it with my students all over the world. My work now is simple: to bring that same craft to you, at home, with no stage and no studio required.

What ballet does for you

Ballet is good for you in a way few things are. It opens a stiff body, eases the aches of sitting, and rebuilds the posture and strength that make everyday movement feel light. And it asks something back: focus, patience, a little discipline that quietly carries into the rest of your life. You don’t just move more gracefully; you carry yourself differently.

Why I teach you, at home

You don’t need a studio, a leotard, or a dancer’s past, and it is never too late to begin. Whether you’re coming back to movement after years away or starting for the very first time, these lessons meet you exactly where you are. My hope is simple: that you feel a little more graceful, a little stronger, a little more at home in your body, every day.
