Your 24-hour guarantee
If a course isn't right for you, email us within 24 hours of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No long forms, no hassle.
After 24 hours
Once 24 hours have passed, or you have downloaded or watched most of the course, purchases are final. The free lesson is there so you can try first.
Genuine problems, anytime
Hit a technical problem that stops you accessing the course, or see a duplicate or accidental charge? Email us and we'll always make it right, even after the 24-hour window.
How to request a refund
Email olegballetmaster@gmail.com with the email you used and your order details. We usually reply within 1–2 days.
Individual lessons
Private 1:1 lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the session. Within 24 hours of the session, the booking is non-refundable.
Payments
Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and approved refunds on our behalf.
