Terms of Service

Last updated 30 August 2026

These terms cover olegballet.com and everything sold on it. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Oleg Ballet is an independent online ballet and conditioning school, run by an individual based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. You can reach us at the address at the bottom of this page, and we answer personally.

What you are buying

Our courses are pre-recorded video lessons, streamed on this site. You can buy a single course, or an All-Access pass covering every conditioning course for a year. Individual lessons are live sessions arranged with Oleg directly and are booked separately.

Access to your lessons

After payment your account unlocks the lessons you bought, for the period shown on the product page at the time of purchase. The All-Access pass runs for one year from purchase and is a single payment, not a subscription: it does not renew by itself. Lessons stream online and are not sold as downloads.

Your account

Your account is personal and meant for one person. Keep your login to yourself: sharing it, or letting others watch on it, is the same to us as sharing the course. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it.

Payments

Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, who sells the course to you on our behalf, takes the payment and settles any tax due. We never see or store your card details. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Refunds

Every course comes with a 24-hour money-back guarantee, and we deal with genuine problems whenever they come up. The full terms live in our Refund Policy.

Your health comes first

Ballet and conditioning are physical training, and only you can feel what your body is doing. These lessons are general instruction, not medical advice, and we cannot see you through the screen. Talk to a doctor before you start if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or illness, or living with any condition that training could affect. Work inside your own range, stop if something hurts, and never push through pain. You train at your own risk.

What you may and may not do

What you buy is a personal licence to watch the lessons and train with them yourself. You may not copy, record, download, re-upload, resell, share or show them publicly, and you may not use them to run paid classes of your own. If you would like to work with the material with your own students, write to us: we are open to it, it simply needs an agreement first.

Who owns the lessons

The videos, music, text, images and the site itself remain ours. Buying a course gives you access to it, not ownership of it.

Changes to the courses

We keep working on the courses, so lessons may be re-recorded, replaced or added over time. If we ever have to remove something you paid for, and it materially changes what you bought, write to us and we will put it right.

If an account has to be closed

We may suspend or close an account that shares its login, redistributes the lessons, or abuses the site or the people behind it. In those cases unused access is not refunded. Otherwise you are free to stop using the site whenever you like.

Limits

We put everything we have into these courses, but we cannot promise a particular result: bodies, schedules and starting points differ. So far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer under your own law.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If you bought as a consumer elsewhere, the protections of your own country still stand.
